Do you know about the amazing research that is done at our local universities in early childhood development? CORAL is the Child Online Research Activities Lab at University of Waterloo and they have learned a lot about how young children acquire language, learn and process information about their world. At this presentation we will be explaining what typical developments are happening in the preschool age and how to best prepare your little one for Kindergarten!

Kindergarten is upon us, and while it is a scary time for our littles, it is also a new and scary time for parents too. Learn about tips, tricks, resources and more to help you get ready for the big day. We'll also discuss who are the typical educators your child with engage with, how a day would usually flow, what you need to provide each day, as well as things you can work on ahead of time to be ready!
